It is vital to achieve adequate availability for the achievement of production processes or services, guaranteeing the reliability of facilities or ,machinery Many times the "energy efficiency" aspect is studied in a separate way considering it mainly as an economic factor that results in the exploitation of large construction facilities: The factors reliability maintainability and energy efficiency are closely related, and must be studied together for the operational optimization of the industrial plant or service building This article tries to capture the relationships between the three factors, how they interact with each other and the improvements that can result in infrastructures.
