Navegar la posmodernidad arquitectónica española desde una perspectiva de género

Abstract

El objetivo del Departamento de Teoría de la Arquitectura y su actividad docente en el Grado de Arquitectura es reflexionar e invitar al alumnado a reflexionar sobre la arquitectura. En este proceso, es fundamental proporcionar al alumnado conocimientos imparciales y requiere un cambio fundamental para considerar cómo apoyar y, al mismo tiempo, restablecer los vínculos con el tiempo histórico al que se refieren los contenidos. Esta ponencia presenta una experiencia pedagógica que aborda una doble implementación en la docencia de nuestro campo de conocimiento: por un lado, la integración de la perspectiva de género y, por otro, el uso de una aplicación móvil (NAM) como herramienta de aprendizaje autónomo. Esta herramienta informática recopila obras de arquitectas realizadas durante la posmodernidad en España. La difusión digital de este conocimiento es fruto de la investigación del grupo de investigación sobre arquitectura y género al que pertenecen las profesoras de Teoría de la Arquitectura.

The aim of the Department of Architectural Theory and its teaching activity at the Architecture Degree is to think and invite students to think about architecture. In this process, providing students with unbiased knowledge is mandatory and requires a fundamental shift to consider how to support and, at the same time, reestablish the links with the historical time to which contents refer. This conference paper presents a pedagogical experience that addresses a double implementation in the teaching of our field of knowledge. On the one hand, the mainstreaming of gender perspective, and on the other hand, the use of a mobile application (NAM) as an autonomous learning tool. This software tool brings together works of female architects produced over the postmodern time in Spain. The digital dissemination of this knowledge is a result of the investigation carried out by the research group on architecture and gender to which the lecturers of Architectural Theory belong.
