dc.description.abstractThis study explores the improvement of critical, analytical and project skills in higher Design education through the theoretical-practical application of eight ethical principles of maker culture during the teaching-learning process: Make, Share, Learn, Tool up, Play, Participate, Support, Change. Using a qualitative experimental methodology, tests, exercises and projects developed in three subjects were analysed: Illustration, Design for the Tourism Sector and Ecodesign. The results showed that students adopted new collaborative perspectives with varying degrees of assimilation and reflection. A preliminary didactic guide was proposed, recommending the extension of methods and samples in future research. © 2024 Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. All rights reserved.es
