| dc.description.abstract | The miniaturization of the calorimetric devices to 'nano-sized' scale reduces progressively the available surface of the heat flux detectors with an increase in systematic uncertainty. By means of several Joule and laser signals, the positional effects in 'liquid microcalorimeter' micro-sized chip are evaluated. This allows the introduction of a 3-D coefficient, modifying the standard Joule sensitivity. The shape factor includes the surface and the volume effects. | es |
