When the Bachelor's Degree in Technical Architecture (DTA) students are close to finish their studies, they have to face to one of the first big challenges of their career: The Final Degree Project (FDP). The students have to send their FDP proposals to the Academic Degree Committee (ADC) that must revise and accepted them. Once the ADC has accepted these proposals, the students are ready to develop their FDP. The Committee have also to assign a teacher as Tutor for any Project. The Tutor has to help to the student to define the structure of the Project and to follow its development by face to face and virtual tutorials. The themes chosen by the students serve as implementation and development of training content received and the skills acquired by them throughout their training in DTA. The topics are varied and develop the subjects taught during all the courses: Heritage, Energy Efficiency, Safety and Prevention, Tracking Works, Rehabilitation Projects, Quality Control, etc ... The student has available the tutor assigned by regular schedule face to face tutorials and virtual tutorials also. More and more students prefer this second method of tutoring in which they can exchange files, drawings, suggestions, corrections, comments, etc. with the teacher in a in a more smooth and effective way. In this way the student can consult doubts on-line to the teacher without having to go to fixed schedule tutorials. Consider that students enrolled in FDP may have their residence several miles far away from the city of Castellon where is placed the University Jaume I, and sometimes they have to share their studies with their jobs, it's a great advantage for them. Conclusions: virtual tutorials are an important advancement and improvement of time and quality for students and teachers in monitoring FDP.es
