dc.description.abstractThe mobile robotic cell (100) has a self-supporting structure (10) that is composed of three concurrent beams in a zenith node with a hollow axis, and is arranged radially in a horizontal plane every 120 angular degrees. A feeding device (20) is composed of a semi-rigid external hose for material transport, which is connected by unit of a hose coupling to an extension tube with a fixing flange, and is secured to a clamping ring. A multi-axis actuator device (30) is composed of a circular displacement axis that is supported from the top by three pairs of clamps, and is arranged on the three beams of the self-supporting structure of the mobile robotic cell. A telescopic column is mounted on manipulator robot in an inverted position such that the cables and power, control and other hoses are protected by a rotary cable tray. USE - Mobile robotic cell for manufacture of components with pre-installed vertical reinforcement or ducts and enclosures printed on site using multi-axis three-dimensional (3D) printing system. ADVANTAGE - The robotic cell allows to generate triple helical trajectories of simultaneous deposition of continuous filaments of a cement mortar, polymer, biomaterial or other similar material that does not require formwork to shape while solidifies. The contour of the component or of the enclosure can be reproduced in horizontal and vertical extension to reduce the time elapsed between the deposition of each successive layer and prevent too rapid an initial setting from preventing consecutive layers of mortar from adhering properly to each other.
