dc.description.abstractThe robotic walking cell has a quadruped mobile robotic system (10) that is composed of a toroidal casing that in the thickness of interior houses power. A feeding device (20) is composed of a semi-rigid external hose for material transport, is connected by means of a hose coupling to an extension tube with a fixing flange, and is secured to a clamping ring. A multi-axis actuator device is composed of a circular displacement axis that is supported on the lower face of the toroidal casing of the quadruped mobile robotic system of the walking robotic cell (100). The circular displacement axis is composed of several carriages which are driven by a motorized pinion and a rack and guided by four runners on two concentric guides, and on each trolley. A telescopic column is mounted on a manipulator robot in inverted position such that the cables and power, control and other hoses are protected by a rotary cable tray. USE - Robotic walking cell for manufacture of buildings printed on site using multi-axis three-dimensional (3D) printing system. ADVANTAGE - The multi-outlet rotary distributor prevents the three or more flexible material transport hoses from twisting while three or more manipulator robots that position and orient the three or more interchangeable nozzles. The time elapsed between the deposition of each successive layer is reduced and the too rapid initial setting is avoided to prevent consecutive layers of mortar from adhering properly to each other.
