dc.description.abstractThe platform has a self-supporting metallic structure formed by four laminated steel profiles (8), where two longitudinal and two cross-sectional profiles are arranged together by welding to serve as an element of sustenation to a vibration-proof system. A 30x30 mm grid is formed by modulables metallic billets (11) and round entregirados (10) that are bars of a galvanized steel. The vibration-proof system is constituted by a metallic central wharf (4) that is arranged under a carbon steel to compression and inserted in two metallic boxes (3, 5) associated to the wharf. USE - Modular technical platform for an air conditioning equipment in an inertia large stone bench manufacturing industry and a vibration-proof device manufacturing industry. Can also be used for a construction industry. ADVANTAGE - The base of the sustenation is arranged through the laminated profiles or stainless steel by a plane with prefabricated grid conformed by metallic billets (RPCPM) so as to realize high permeability of the system since the platform is hollow to allow the rainwater run on the cover as if any retaining element not exists and the smaller weight of the system being able to be used the steel AISI-304 for the vertical surface of the element used within the stainless steel types, thus providing better characteristics with respect to the corrosion and the hygiene and allowing to contribute to minor weight to the structural system of the building. The platform ensures that the screws are regulated in height, and serve as a leveling element, so that the technical platform obtains the horizontality adapted to the installation of the air conditioning equipment.
