Abstract

The element (1) has structural support elements (9, 11, 13, 14) connected with a panel (2) that is provided with a lower edge (5), an upper edge (6) and side edges (3, 4). Structural elements are integrally attached to one of the edges and provided with tongue and groove portions (10, 12, 16) for connecting the closing element with the structural support elements. Two of the structural elements are integrally fixed to the lower edge and the upper edge, respectively. The panel is provided with a central plate that is surrounded by a pulp first board that is made from exterior wood fibers. USE - Closing element for prefabricated modular building construction. ADVANTAGE - The closing element provides convenient assembly between the panel and the structural elements of a building.
