Abstract
The regeneration of areas with residential vulnerability is challenging given their poor starting conditions. Urban and architectural design should consider people’s diversity and contribute to their well-being by making built environments more inclusive. This work analyses the case study of a rural area, which faces depop-ulation. It presents a proposal for the refurbishment of traditional dwellings as a means to increase residential attractiveness and to contribute to social inclusion in the area.
