Abstract
This text aims to resume the analysis of the permanence or modification of management and gender values in Cuban cooperatives by studying four cooperatives (two urban and two agricultural). It is based on research completed as master's thesis, successfully defended in the Master's Program in Management and Development of Co-operatives, of the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Havana, during its most recent editions. The research was carried out 15 years ago, and a comparative evaluation was made, taking into account the different contexts in the society where they are developed, both because of the structures in which they are inserted and because of their social and organizational conditions.
