Abstract
This contribution presents a study performed to provide the graphics and documents required for a structural recovery and renovation project of the old Monastery of San Vicente de la Roqueta which may very well collapse in the near future. The building was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1978, and a building of cultural interest (BIC), 2007. Although structural consolidation is currently underway, deterioration of building will continue unless work is performed on its architectural elements. To achieve this objective, and to ensure a metrically accurate survey, we surveyed the building and acquired the necessary data using traditional methods (notes, sketches and photographs), laser scanning technology, and digital data processing.
