Abstract
The methodology applied in the investigation made about the wine's architecture over the Utiel-Requena area, it has given us the knowledge of the country side heritage under point of view of the nature, composition, functionality and implementation. It's important the development of a methodology well structured which help to the arrangement of the investigation. Our own experience it's translate to the class, in order to give to the students a work method for helping the cataloguing of any construction typology through an organized structure. In order to make easier the teaching work and the transmission of the knowledge, it creates a taxonomical system support in files. With this manner the works of the method is systematized and allow us to compare different examples compiled in the catalogue. The objective of this methodology is creating tidy work systems that allow us the extrapolation to any other investigation in the architecture area.
