Abstract
The portable device comprises an open box (1), which includes an open side (2') and five walls (2) with thermal insulating panels (3). The open side is intended to come into tight contact with a portion contact point (10) of the facade, which forms an interior control volume (11) having an interior temperature sensor (7). A refrigeration equipment (9) is provided to cool the internal control volume of the box to a temperature of 5 degree centigrade. The telescopic support (5) is adapted to raise the box to a height of 30 cm. Multiple wheels (4) are attached to a lower wall of the box to allow mobility and portability. USE - Portable device for measure thermal transmittance on facades of buildings. ADVANTAGE - Interior control volume is configured to be cooled by compression refrigeration equipment at a determined setpoint temperature, thus generates a high thermal gradient with the outside, and thus allows multiple temperature and heat flow sensors to measure the thermal transmittance with low energy consumption, that is easy and convenient to transport. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for measure thermal transmittance on facades. DESCRIPTION Of DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of portable device for measure thermal transmittance on facades of buildings.Open box (1)Five walls (2)Open side (2')Thermal insulating panels (3)Wheels (4)Telescopic support (5)Interior temperature sensor (7)Refrigeration equipment (9)Portion contact point (10)Interior control volume (11)
