Resumen
The present invention is a procedure for the execution of the facade cladding paneled by opening gaps at the end of work. The procedure consists of the placement of facade panels without openings or gaps, continuously and from inside the building. Once said building is closed on all the facades, the interior works are carried out, such as walls, partitions, floors and false ceilings, as well as the installations inside the building, such as plumbing, sanitation, lighting or electricity. After the execution of the interior works, the opening of the holes in the panels is carried out. This procedure is applicable to any type of dry-paneled facade, as long as the panels can be cut to make holes once placed on site. This process allows to reduce the times and the cost of the work, improving the safety of the workers as well as an improvement of the conditions of healthiness of the job.
