Resumen
The mortar has a mixture of cement, aggregate, and between 0.5-50 wt. % of one surfactant in relation to the weight of cement. The aggregate consists of sand and ground polyurethane residues, and between 25 and 100 vol. % of the aggregate is ground polyurethane residues and sand. The surfactant is an electrically conductive compound, and has a lower hydrolipophil radius or equal to 16. The resistance to the variation in density has the capacity to attain a resistance value at a maximum pressure of between 35-50 MPa at 28 days. USE - Lightweight mortar used for e.g., floors in buildings, interior and exterior walls, and filling of structures. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has lighter material which has a very positive effect on the reduction of the load that is added to the structure on which a building is being worked or laid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for obtaining a lightened mortar.
