Abstract
The slab (1) has a frame whose upper and lower parts are provided with metal rods (3, 4) that are oppositely faced together. A channel (2) is filled with flush concrete (5) and installed on a housing along longitudinal direction. A non-cross linked polyethylene foam layer (11) is arranged on a flat surface. The frame is installed with upper and lower stepping parts (6, 7). A slab body is sealed with an adhesive plastic tape (10). The channel is connected with a concrete layer and welded by a steel mesh (12). USE - Prefabricated slab for building construction. ADVANTAGE - The slab is light in weight, and materials in the slab can be transported in a time-saving manner. The channel is filled with the flush concrete and installed on the housing along longitudinal direction so as to construct the slab in an easy and inexpensive manner, thus ensuring mechanical properties of the slab, obtaining global pressure levels, and avoiding noise impacts. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a prefabricated slab for building construction.
