Abstract
Preparing lightweight plaster board involves crushing recycled polyurethane foam particles to obtain the particle diameter 0-0.5 millimeter and then adding the crushed polyurethane foam with gypsum to obtain homogeneous powder mixture. The obtained mixture is kneaded with water and then the kneaded material is poured into a frame mold. The obtained material is heated with the paperboard and resin in an oven at 40 plus minus 2 degrees C and then the mold plate is removed after curing. USE - Method for preparing lightweight plaster board for building interior partition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare lightweight plaster board that is eco-friendly because of its good biodegradability.
