Abstract
Mortar production involves mixing melamine powder with binder and aggregate at room temperature to form a homogeneous mixture. An appropriate amount of water is added for kneading the formed mixture according to standard procedure. The kneaded homogeneous mixture is forged and hardened at predetermined pressure and temperature to give melamine cross-linked samples. USE - Method for producing mortar. ADVANTAGE - The method produces mortar in a simple manner with improved adhesion and compactness by reducing porosity.
