Abstract
Hot bituminous concrete obtaining involves using mixture of bitumen and tar with recycled rigid polyurethane foam, where the mixture is triturated to obtain product with a specified particle size. Recycled polyurethane foam is crushed to obtain particle with diameter of 0.2-0.8mm. The crushed product is preheated at 1600 degrees C and compacted, and then mixed with bitumen. The mixture is compacted and cooled at room temperature to obtain hard product. USE - Method for obtaining hot bitumen concrete with waste polyurethane foam for use in civil engineering for making pavement and roads (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hot bituminous concrete obtaining method enables to reutilize synthetic material in eco-friendly way.
